1. A professional Dri Masters technician will show up on time, and in uniform.

2. The Dri Masters technician will walk through and review the entire job, go over any concerns you may have and let you know     exactly what to expect when the job is complete.

3. The Dri Masters technician will then let you know exactly how much the final bill will be so there are no surprises!

4. Cleaning solution is applied to carpet fibers with special attention given to problem areas.

5. A machine with a counter rotating brushes is used to scrub the carpets and lift the pile.

6. Carpet pile is groomed to give it the new carpet look and feel. Furniture is placed back to its original position.

7. Once finished we review the entire job with the client to ensure total satisfaction. It is our goal that every client is 100%     satisfied with our work.
